Return/Refund Policy
If you are not completely delighted with your purchase please notify us within 5 days of receipt to organise a refund, credit or exchange. You are responsible for the postage costs on all returns with the exception of damaged products. Refunds or replacement will be given for damaged products only. All returned goods must be in their original packaging and may not be returned without prior authorisation. To obtain an authorisation number please contact us.
Pricing
Prices are quoted in Australian dollars. The prices listed on the website supersede any previously published prices. Postage and handling costs are additional to listed prices. We endeavour to keep our prices as low as possible. All prices are subject to change in accordance with current foreign exchange rates and other commercial factors. We work hard to deliver cost competitive products to the customer.
Gallery and Chat Room
Please note that the owners of this site will exercise the right to remove any material posted in the Gallery or Chat Room that is deemed offensive or inappropriate in any way. Remember that these are public venues and please act accordingly.
Shipping and Handling
At Simply Fresh Kits, we understand the importance of fulfilling your orders quickly and accurately. If the products you selected are not available, you will be notified at the email address you provided.
Australia Post is used for all our deliveries within Australia. We do not take responsibility for lost or stolen parcels so if you wish you may take insurance out on your parcel, we can organise this for you. Please let us know if you wish to do so. Most people will choose Registered Post at a cost of $2.75 - this includes insurance on the parcel for up to $100 and a tracking facility. Your order has to be signed for and not left at your front door step.
Shipping Charges
A flat fee of $4.50 applies to all orders where the products weigh less than 500g. All orders over 500g are a flat fee of $8.00. Please note, that in most instances, this amount does not cover actual postage and is subsidised by Simply Fresh Kits. If you require Express Post or any other service, please contact us to discuss options.
